Spicy and tangy. An exceptional coffee from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. Amazing flavours with a sweet lime, strawberry and floral aroma.

100% Arabica coffee beans grown by small holding farmers around the Rocko Mountain in the Haricha Woreda, Yirgacheffe region. Grown at high altitude using traditional methods, under shade trees alongside other crops without the use of chemicals. This coffee includes a donation to the ‘Girls Gotta Run Foundation’, which is a non-profit organisation that empowers girls in Ethiopia through running and education.

Green Bean Varietals: – Natural heirloom.

Altitude:- 1950 – 2150 m.a.s.l.

Processing Method: – Wet, natural process – The coffee cherries are pulped to remove the outer layers of the fruit, leaving just the sticky mucilage.

Drying Method:- The coffee cherries are moved to outdoor drying patios and beds. Spread into 2.5cm to 5cm layers and raked regularly to dry them evenly for 7 – 12 days.
