Caramel & Cocoa. A wonderful caramel, cocoa  and citrus coffee from Ethiopia. The coffee beans come from a groups of small farms and co-operatives picked and processed by hand from the southern regions of Ethiopia with high altitudes, ample rainfall, optimal temperature and rich soil which is why the beans are highly prized.

100% Arabica coffee beans.

Green Bean Varietals : – Heirloom

Altitude :- 1,600–1,900 m.a.s.l.

Processing Method : – Wet process washed – The coffee cherries are pulped to remove the outer layers of the fruit, leaving just the sticky mucilage. The beans are then soaked in water and left to ferment in tanks between 12 to 72 hours until the mucilage breaks down and is washed off.

Drying Method :- The beans are removed from the tanks and dried on patios in the sun.
