Processing Method: – Wet, natural process – The coffee cherries are pulped to remove the outer layers of the fruit, leaving just the sticky mucilage.
Drying Method:- The beans are moved to outdoor drying patios and beds. Spread into 2.5cm to 5cm layers and raked regularly to dry them evenly for 7 – 12 days.
