How To Use Our 'All Purpose Coffee Spice Rub'
You can use most vegetables, tofu, chicken, lamb, pork or beef with this coffee spice rub. Make sure if you are using meat that you follow the cooking instructions given by the meat supplier. You can add more or less of the ‘All Purpose Coffee Spice Rub’ according to your taste. I like mine to be nice and spicy!!
Step 1 – Wash the vegetables.
Step 2 – Peel the vegetables.
Step 3 – Chop the vegetables into chunks.
Step 4 – Add 2 – 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a bowl. Add the chopped vegetables and mix until they are all covered.
Step 5 – Sprinkle 1 – 3 tablespoons of the coffee spice rub over the vegetables. Adjust the quantity to your taste.
Step 6 – Mix together the vegetables and coffee spice rub until they are covered. Leave to marinate for an hour or for a stronger flavour overnight in the fridge.
Step 7 – Preheat an oven to 180°C. Place the coffee spiced vegetables into and oven proof dish and cook for approximately 35 minutes or until tender.
Step 8 – Enjoy!
